About Factory Pickup
Factory direct pickup is currently available in the following areas (we'll be adding as many as 20 more locations within the next few months):
- Nashville, Tennessee
- Chicago, IL. (Harvey)
- Greensboro, N.C.
- Corsicana, TX.

After your purchase you will be contacted within 72 hours,
via email, with directions to the factory nearest you.
Please allow 5 to 7 days business days for us to build your new
bed and have it ready at the factory. Again, when it's ready for pickup you
will recieve a notification via email.
If you have have any questions or concerns regarding this process - before or after making
your purchase - we recommend using our online chat support (see links on this page). Chat support
is available between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
NOTE: At the factory you will responsible for the following:
- Loading your mattress, and
- Bringing any materials neccessary to secure your mattress to your vehicle (for example, twine, rope, tie-down straps, etc.).
